A spinning reel? I do not understand where the line passes through the coil around the part of the guarantees.

I do not really understand where the line reel goes between the bail and at the end of rod.Do I wrap it around something guarantees? It Shakespeare reel with a bail Ezcast thing part.I read website after website, but I still do not understand how to get it set up a first place.Very simple step by step instructions would be good! Thank you.

With the bail closed line passes below it and then the first guide rod. It is usually a small cylinder, which helps us a line at an angle offset by guarantees, but not always. Thread your line-out guarantees for the closed position, and it's pretty obvious.
