saltwater fishing tips

Im looking for good places to fish (salt water) and San Diego?

I live in San Diego, and the share of salt water fishing.I dont have a boat, so all of my fishing takes place from the shore and docks. I have fish in central San Diego, and I'm kind of looking for new places to look for spots.Im North Pacific Beach.But if anyone knows anything locations in central San Diego please let me know. I too am a big halibut fisherman so if anyone knows good places and tips on where to find large please let me know. I just do not fish in the ocean, so thats all Im interested in also.THANK YOU!
