210lr Daiwa reels, how old and had a good or not?
My mother gave me 210lr reel and rod, which was my fathers. I took it home to clean it up works well. My father passed away 11 years ago. I was just trying to see if they were good rolls or not and how old he got back Some of what comes fishing in mid-80's going to use it only going to put it in my den.
210 was a very popular spincast coil. Dating to the mid 80's is about right. Most spincast reels as "kids" or "newbies" wheel, and many of them were / did not do everything well. 210 was an exception. This reel was a very good quality compared to most of the other, and it should still be fine to use Today, if you choose.

Baitcast Vs. Spinning reels?
I'm considering getting baitcast. I have used the spinning reel for some time, however. What are the main differences and what better than your opinion? It is also difficult to baitcast reels and lines to use, and they are only designed for certain types of fish?

Garcia Revo
Please help Abu Garcia Revo reel?
I bought the Abu Garcia Revo STX reel off ebay, which was like a box. That was not any tool, which I thought was it and I think that it would be involved in the cover. If someone has purchased one of these reels could you tell me what in the reel and how it is packaged in the box at Abu Garcia.
I got a Bass Pro Reel (ABU Revo STX-HS) with manual in 4 languages, part of the diagram, a small brush wrench / screwdriver, roll 1 oz bottle of oil and the coil was wrapped in plastic bag. Roll covers are purchased separately. They are not part of the package.
