Help bait casting reel?
I just bought a new Browning MD1000S bait casting reel. I started it and the line became a big nest. Is it because my old line? Or am I not using it correctly?
There are two things that matter most bait casting. Your reel is properly adjusted. And you must learn to thumb coil to prevent back lashing.It takes practice to get used to it. When you do, you will never fish anything else.

Have you ever caught fish to use that as bait?
I bought a Berkley ® Gulp! ® Alive! ™ - Corn Micro Bait and im just wondering if you ever caught fish this bait
Well I've used it a few times, but to me it seems like it does not contain perfume or fruit juice are the baits. Maybe it's just me, but I wonder if gulp relies on its marketing and its success in water: (I do not know. Anyways, good luck fishing and remember you can not go wrong with a package of nightcrawlers.
