Bluefin tuna is one of the biggest challenges for anglers off the coast of New England, and Massachusetts remains the center of activity tuna. Most giant bluefin tuna fish caught chunking or trolling. I am going to describe the techniques used for the top crew caught these giants.

Tuna Chunking is archoring is a good fishing spot known to hold the tuna. Once anchored, top crews use chunks, stick baits and live bait to suspend ballons various depths. Most captains have their crew position the baits at depths where they mean to their tuna fish finder.

Many of the top captains used Gamahastu Live Bait hooks. In determining the size of the hook, it is important to respond to the hooked bait that you use. You should not use a hook that is too large, because it weakens the presentation of the bait.

The most popular use of the crew fluorocaron director. Leader varies 150-lb is a 220lb, many crews fishing light gear (150-180) to get bites when they are difficult to find. Most of the crews enter into a long leader (or 15 feet), so they can cut and recimpt hook if their leader may be nicked up dogfish or other pests.

Many of the crew by using light fluorocarbon use H instead of G, the compression connector for the compression connector of their 150 or 180 fluoro. Lower profile H CRIMP carefullly be made, preferably Jinkai crimping tool listed on this page.

They also use these compression connector attach a small wind is reversible. This leader can be wound all the way reel, flurocarbon protection during storage, ensuring clean decks, and to allow fishermen is necessary to reel the fish close to the Harpoon.

All crews attach sinkers and ballons using rubber bands. The sinker weight is selcted based on spped current and the desired depth that you're trying to fish.

Most of the crew that the Troll Atlantic fish spreader bars from their outriggers at about 3-4 knots. Most crew of fish three to four spreader bars, two support legs, and one or two flat lines. Support legs are withdrawn from the roller trollers so that a line can be reeled through the clip tempt to find the fish again if he was the first time. The clip is set tight so that the Outrigger set the hook the fish.

Saltwater Fishing Rod
What kind of fishing I can in my Fenwick Rod?

I recently received Fenwick Spinning and Fly Combo gift. Specs-7'0 ", 1/8-5/8 lure, 6-12lb, and it is a curtain of coal (I assume that it means graphite). Spinning reel Abu Garcia has Cardinal--8lbs/80yds. I do not know how to fly fish, so fly reel is not very meaningful to me. In any case, my question is, what kind of fish should Combo Rod & reel be able to handle? Also, I can do some striper fishing in salt water, or can it succeed? Finally, I should get 8lb mono or braid 8lb? Thank you

That particular combo would be best to use a stream, pond or small lake in Bass, the medium of small trout, bluegill / Crappie, small-medium Walleye, pike, small, small carp and coarse fish, etc. is not designed for saltwater fishing. You can use it in saltwater reel, but eventually (if not properly washed and greased often) corrosive. Also, the spinning reel is a particular ESP "light" for most any salt water fishing, (over time). If not eager to "light Fishing deal 'and a salt, do not use it for striper. striper generally "feisty" and the big fish would be more than likely "Roll to You" when used to produce live fish for them. (Spool are you? - Having all the buses.) This form is designed for light tackle freshwater fishing only. Most of the spinning / fly combo's are designed for smaller trout and other freshwater fish. If I were you I had to buy Berkley Fireline 4 / 10 braided line in this outfit. Hope this helps ya? Good fishing opportunities!
